“Enhancing Our Cold Chain”
The general objective of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of
the cold chain in the food industry, its importance, sensitivity and special
requirements for the perishable products.
Designed for the perishable products industry, this course will cover all the
refrigerated warehouse functions that should be address to ensure a safe,
efficient and financially sound work environment. Focused on the establishment
of standards for basic operations in the cold store, the curriculum will
provide attendees the opportunity to refine the techniques and procedures in
their own warehouses, applying their learning’s of the short course.
The speakers are national and international cold chain experts with years of
experience in their area.
